  • Running a series of idea generation sessions in a major high street retail bank to drive out cost reduction ideas (when they claimed to have ‘dried up’ and were unable to find any more). Over 500 ideas generated of which 23 were implemented to drive £323m of auditable cost savings
  • Facilitating a graphic vision for an rail operating company that provided a means to both unite the Board and allow easy engagement and communication to all staff
  • Working with a major software house to find a creative way to get round difficulties with a major partner.
  • Worked with a major financial institution to creatively find a way through a tricky problem involving changes in legislation. Facilitated sessions with multiple interested parties to help derive a firm set of proposals.
  • Working with a major FMCG client to develop a systemic cultural strategy of creativity and innovation across the whole business. This was done by not only facilitating, but rewarding creative output and aligning it’s outcomes to the execution of the core business objectives.
